A51 - Is Colorado's largest night park.  The park tripled in size, moved to a new location under lights and underwent a quarter of a million dollars of improvements last season.

09/25/06 - The November issue of Transworld Snowboarding Magazine is out and includes the listing of the "Top Ten Parks" in North America, as it does each year.

 

For the first time ever, Keystone has joined an elite group in this rating list which is determined by readers, who are presumably users and thus opinion leaders and key influencers in the terrain park world as we know it.

 

Keystone's A51 Terrain Park is number nine (9) in this year's park ratings!  The number nine position represents a significant step forward over all others years at Keystone and was a stated goal a year ago by the Terrain Park Crew.  Knowing how discerning park users are, and how complete their networking is, this is an especially noteworthy accomplishment.  Clearly, the offering of rails, boxes, jumps, music, and features has resonated with park users well beyond what we see on a daily basis.  This is no accident, but instead the result of a concerted, concentrated effort on the part of the Mountain Operations group as a whole but moreover a direct reflection of the commitment and dedication of the immensely talented A51 Terrain Park Crew.
