MOUNTAIN INFOMRATION
​So that you can make the most of your ski vacation, Deer Valley limits the number of lift tickets sold each day. During the holiday periods such as December 26 through January 3 and February 12 through 17, the resort typically reaches capacity and we recommend pre-purchasing tickets online. Tickets can also be purchased at several locations in and around the resort.
Chairlifts operate daily during the ski season from 9:00 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. Please click here for chairlift status and hours of operation.

POLICIES
Tickets must be ordered at least 7 days prior to the first day of skiing
Select your tickets based on the first day of skiing
Tickets will be available for pick up at the resort ticket window
Tickets are refundable if cancelled more than 24hrs in advance
$15 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders

ORDER PROCESSING
Each order is reviewed by SkiRez for accuracy. Upon approval your order is forwarded to the resort for processing. Most orders are processed within 24HRS - 48HRS. To expedite the processing of your order place as many tickets on one order as possible. Once your order has been processed a confirmation with order ID and pick up instructions will be emailed to the person claiming the tickets. You will enter the contact information for the person claiming the tickets prior to checkout.

CLAIMING YOUR TICKETS
Tickets will be available for pick up at any resort ticket window at once your order has been processed and you may claim your tickets prior to the first day of skiing if you wish. Please present email confirmation and photo ID at any ticket office to claim your tickets. Tickets may only be claimed at the resort for which they were purchased.
