CAR RENTAL POLICIES

Rental Periods
Rentals rates are based on a 24HR rental period. If you plan to return your vehicle later than the time of day you picked up the vehicle you will need to add an extra day to your rental. Rental days are based on time of day not by calendar days. 

Rental Locations
All vehicles are rented from the airport locations servicing your resort destination. These airports may include Denver, Colorado Springs, Aspen, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, Jackson Hole, Reno, Vail, Bozeman, Billings, Kalispell, Missoula,  Grand Junction, 
Durango, Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, Boise, Montrose. 

Make and Model
There is no guarantee of a a specific make or model of vehicle. The vehicle descriptions provided are intended as a guide to the type and size of vehicle you may receive. 

Driver Requirements
Drivers must be 25+ years of age and present a valid drivers license in order to claim your vehicle

Payments
SkiRez operates as a wholesale tour operator and partners directly with Enterprise and Alamo Car Rental. We are able to provide contracted, fixed rental rates for our customers often resulting in deep discounts compared to daily internet rates. Payment in advance is not required in order to confirm a reservation. Payment will be collected when you claim your vehicle, a major credit card will be required form of payment.  

Taxes & Fees
Prices quoted are base rates and DO NOT include airport taxes and fees. Additional taxes and fees will be provided on the reservation form. 
 
Claiming your vehicle
Upon receipt of payment your rental will be confirmed with our one of our partners and final confirmation will be emailed to the driver within 24hrs. Your confirmation will include instructions for claiming your vehicle. 

Age Requirements
All drivers must be at least 25 years of age. 

Drivers License
All renters must present a valid driver's license at the time of rental.  International driver's licenses are acceptable.

Credit Card Requirements
At the time of rental pickup, the renter must present a major credit card for security on the rental vehicle.  

Additional Drivers
Additional drivers must meet the age and driver's license requirements above.  At the time of rental, additional driver(s) must present their valid driver's license and be added to the rental contract.  Additional drivers can be added for $10.00 per day.  

Complimentary Ski Racks
Ski racks are available at no extra charge and will be installed on your vehicle in advance.  

Contracted Rates
SkiRez provides our members and their guests contracted rates on rental vehicles. Contracted rates are fixed and do not flucuate as rapidly as internet rates which often results in deep discounts for our members when demand is high during peak seasons. Please note rates are subject to change and popular vehicle types can become sold out during peak times in certain destinations.

Sold Out Vehicles
If a vehicle type becomes sold out we will notify you by email and provide additional rental options at that time.
